2. AI Generation Disclaimer
Our Service utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate artistic QR codes. While we strive for the highest possible scannability rates, the nature of style transfer means that we cannot guarantee 100% scannability for every generated code across all scanning devices and conditions.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT YOUR QR CODE SCANS CORRECTLY BEFORE COMMITTING TO PRINT, DISTRIBUTION, OR COMMERCIAL USE. QR-GENAI IS NOT LIABLE FOR REPRINTING COSTS, LOST REVENUE, OR MARKETING MATERIAL WASTE INCURRED DUE TO NON-WORKING CODES.
3. Credit Usage Policy
Our AI infrastructure consumes significant GPU resources per operation. To maintain fair access and service quality, our credit system operates as follows:
Credits are deducted immediately upon successful request processing. Generations that fail due to system error do not consume credits.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of GPU compute costs, refunds are generally not provided for used credits or subscription periods once initiated. If you believe a technical error has occurred resulting in unfair credit loss, please contact our support team for a manual review.
5. User Content & License
You retain full ownership of the images you upload as references. By uploading, you grant Stylized QR Gen a temporary, worldwide license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating your requested QR codes. We do not claim ownership of your generated artwork.
